Haddaway Appointed to Task Force

(Annapolis, MD) - Delegate Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio has been appointed to serve on a task force that will review insurers of last resort in the State of Maryland. The task force includes three members of the Senate, three members of the House of Delegates, the Commissioner of the Maryland Insurance Administration, the Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, representatives of the insurance industry and consumer rights advocate groups.  The task force will submit a preliminary report to the Maryland General Assembly on December 1, 2012.
